Campaign 3.0 offers new features for automation, e-mail marketing and database connectivity.
IntelliMerge™ merges any amount of data from your existing database, right into each outbound email message. You can even merge data in the subject field for greater impact. Campaign lets you schedule any project to run at a set interval. Run your outbound mail campaigns every day or every hour, or even every minute!
There's no hassle with importing and exporting databases because Campaign reads your existing database at merge-time, directly. Campaign is better than listserver software because it lets you personalise the email and control the timing of each message.
What about Spam? Some email programs leave a signature automatically detected by many ISPs and flagged as 'spam machines'. Campaign 3.0 is immune from spam blocks because it's not spamming software. Each email is sent individually, not using crowded BCC statements. Also, Campaign does not offer header falsification or multiple-connect SMTP schemes like most spamming software.

eMerge is a standalone Mac application that lets you create an email form letter, customise it automatically for all contacts on your mailing list, and send it directly to their Internet mail servers.
You can use built-in tools to create a list of names, email addresses and other variables, or import all the information you need from your existing database. This demo allows you to try out all the features of the full version, except that you can only send ten messages in any one session and you can only save information for the first ten people on your list.
Minimum requirements are System 7 and Color QuickDraw.

Installation: Once you have the Eudora Light software unpacked on your hard disk, restart your Mac while holding down the shift key to turn off your Macintosh extensions (you must hold down the shift key until you see the message 'Extensions off'). Now double-click the Eudora Light Installer icon to start the installation program and follow the instructions.
